Over the course of the last semester I have undertaken the task of developing a full length play to serve as my Senior Thesis Project for my Theatre Major. The purpose of my thesis in Philosophy is to take an analytic approach to the process and content of the work done on my joint project. Throughout the process of creating an original work the integration of philosophical thoughts and ideas into the work took on different forms. The ways in which I as a writer found a balance between having too much of a heavy hand and being too subtle gives the play an overall philosophical tone as well as particular scenes creating specific hypotheticals with which conversations can be prompted.
