Historical Information: Mary Lou Tash was born 9 March 1924 in Pekin, IN to John J. and Mattie F. (Davis) Tash. She graduated from Hanover College where she was a member of the Phi Mu Sorority. She completed her graduate studies at Indiana University. After finishing her education, she went on to teach at St. Mary Collee in Notre Dame, IN. On 3 June 1950 she married Richard L. Thompson. She died 6 May 2013.
