Scope and Content: Records of the Vincennes Presbytery in Indiana dated 1837-1949. Items document meeting minutes, educational issues, education of women, church doctrine, church reports, Sunday School, committee reports, financial records, church history, temperance, and publications.

Historical Note: The Presbytery of Vincennes was created prior to 1837. The first volume of minutes are lost so an exact founding date is difficult to pinpoint. In 1973, the Vincennes Presbytery was dissolved and became part of the Ohio Valley Presbytery.
