Letter from John Finley Crowe to Esther Alexander over his visit to Philadelphia. Crowe mentions in his letter his boarding conditions, the variety of religious sects in Philadelphia, and finally his relationship with Esther and their piety. Crowe spends a few lines discussing his greate experience with boarding with a W.W. Woodward; and calls him a worthy Christian.
