Bird and Sun

Public Deposited

Pictured is small bird in front of what looks like a vibrant and saturated sunset. It could be a representation of a sunset in a location typically closer to the equator. The sun is high with a red-orange hue, while the background is mahogany. While this is a painting it looks as though the bird may have been silkscreen printed on the canvas. The details are incredibly precise unlike the painting in the background. 1980 Greiner Award winner.
