- Abstract
During exercise the body experiences many physiological changes when compared to at rest to help manage the stress being put on the body. When exercise ends these physiological changes still affect the body. Previous studies about how these physiological changes affect the body after exercise are not clear. This study was designed to see what type of exercise will cause these physiological changes to affect the body more (intense or moderate). Specifically, this study was done to determine how these physiological changes can be affected.
