This collection of writings on Stoicism focusing specifically on warriors whether they be law enforcement or military is meant to be thought provoking to how it could elevate these already high achieving fields and organizations. While there is not a specific way in which to read this work, there are some paragraphs in which a discerning reader may pick up on that are tied together, but reading straight through should not be a priority as the essence is the same as in one of Marcus Aurelius’ Mediations sections. There is simply an importance in self-reflection and thinking for yourself outside of what was written in each section beyond the simple reminders and thoughts that have found themselves on paper.
