Abstract
  • In 1945, America changed the world forever by producing the first three atomic bombs in human history. The first bomb was detonated in an experiment at Alamogordo testing grounds in New Mexico. On August 6th, 1945 the next bomb was used on Hiroshima, Japan. The last bomb was dropped on Nagasaki, Japan three days after the bombing of Hiroshima. These bombs inflicted great damage on whole cities, their people, and all thing living in the bombing area. After the bombs went off, they had the capability to destroy everything in the area in a time span of 0.2-3 seconds. People are still oblivious to the great destruction these bombs caused and what it took to make a decision that would change warfare forever.
