Historical Note: The Logansport Presbytery was created in 1835 October from the Crawfordsville Presbytery. The boundaries at the time of the creation of the new presbytery included the land north of Warren, Montgomery, and Boone counties and the area north of Hamilton, Madison, and Delaware counties. The boundaries shifted over time until in 1973 the presbytery was dissolved and became part of the Wabash Valley Presbytery.
Scope and Content: Records of the Logansport Presbytery dated 1835-1972. The collection documents of the operation of the Presbytery and includes meeting minutes, committee reports, financial records, religious and political questions, appointment and education of ministers, statistical reports, , discussion of local and national events, church buildings, mission work, Sabbath Schools, disciplinary actions, moral issues, publications, biographies, and annual reports.
